Description
Key Role:
Work closely with senior clients on small teams to assess business and mission challenges and recommend solutions that have enough detail and specifics to lead to an implementation. Conduct interviews and research and analyze information related to client challenges. Use an inductive approach to develop recommendations. Support the completion of client deliverables and maintain responsibility for the completion of portions of project activities. Develop new operating models and maintain the flexibility to work on a variety of assignments of varying lengths. Present recommendations and meet with clients independently, as a representative of team or client group. Apply appropriate methods, leverage firm resources to bring optimum solutions to clients, execute project work plans in the field, and assist with proposals. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with strategy consulting, change management, organizational development, or business process reengineering or intelligence
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with strategy development, including SWOT and Porter value chain preferred
-Experience with managing a small task or team a plus
-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships preferred
-Experience with analysis or inductive reasoning or process documentation or development
-Knowledge of working in a consulting business or environment with DoD or federal consulting preferred
-Possession of excellent quantitative skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
