Within the last 18 months, I experienced some hard lessons. Just could not have experienced that in loving, happy fashion - I guess. Painful times but probably to teach me a lesson and make me realize.

- I am sensitive person. My ability to understand and absorb various subtleties is alot. But people may not have that and realize that.

- Sensitive people need to take initiatives in their lives as they will keep getting hurt by various incidents. Helplessness and laziness will never make them happy. That's why God blesses great leaders with lot more awareness and sensitivity.

I have to feel happiness in every moment of life. I should expect that only from myself and not from others. Only close ones(friends and family) will give you what you want(and then it becomes struggle in long-term if I become demanding from them and that relationship struggles/fights). People in professional life will not give you what you want(so they are full filling opposite values of nature).

- Another lesson from professional life is detachment from work.
earth, fire, water, space (from guruji's explanation to bawa)
fire - enhances positivity by burning away negativity
space - 100% involved and totally detached.
water - adaptable to situations.
earth - unconditional acceptance

Above all 4 realizes God in you.

- Hence my laziness should go away and I should use my skills God has given to change what I can. To change what I can => I need to be even more skillful to observe and react to human behavior.

- My mistake - If i did from them they will do for me.

- Initiative is the most important thing in creation of anything.

- If I am efficient, and people are not and they complain. what is the answer to that?
Sincerely try to explain them how things work. Or use skill or charge money for services.

- do what you feel(with awareness) to think change what you can change and what you cannot change, accept. How do you know you cannot change? You try and see if you can.
Communication is powerful tool to use. Relaxed mind and calmness is another.
I feel sometimes very passionate that I loose sense of judgement. Do not act then.

- Expectations: If it's not in your interest, do not do it always OR/AND make sure other person knows. How to know if that's right thing? If you feel right.

My principles: I want to do same for others as I want to do for myself.
But be aware, that's not how society works. It works on principles of power and greed. You use your power to do what it wants. And you have to use skills to negate that.

Life experiences

Judgement and Rules

Balanced Judgement(with a holistic view and deciding best) for a situation is the most important thing. That may not go with the rules.

Following rules is important for government/rulers. And they may not understand your judgement because not following rules is what will go in their mind and nothing else.
There might be in fact, more people in society with no sense of judgement. Hence ruler's view remain fixed.

Hence rules are necessary for people with no holistic judgement but unrealistic for good judgement people.

example: NYC Lincoln tunnel has high traffic on one lane but other is very light(both lanes inbound). There is solid divider line and it says before entering the line - do not change lanes. what do you do?

Another question about speed limits:
55 mph - is a safe limit
65-75mph - is a drivers ability to keep car in control. Again it's judgement. But it risks a chance to get a ticket.
