Career is not a convenience so commitment is not necessary towards a person or company. Commitment is necessary towards mission/vision/goal to fulfill it.
I feel secured and have job convenience. Put me into comfort zone. Hence my current decisions find their commitment to comfort and convenience.
I may be happy(state of mind) but not satisfied.
