Asha experience vs Work culture

Ideas were flowing from everywhere(we can do that, we can do this). But after discussion and sometime, I realised all went in the air and lost somewhere. I did not find it to be productive. Hence the focus shifted to execution. Commitment and enthusiasm to pursue those.
I think it happened whoever took the charge changed the course and things started flowing.

It seems everybody was looking upon selected few volunteers(or coordinators) to work on those ideas. But some volunteers have their own motivation so they pushed for that(taking everybody together).

Today as I look back it seemed to be experience of pure potentiality. Total freedom of bringing into reality anything we were capable of at the time.

I enjoyed working with people so I focused on building relationships with volunteers. why? To get work done. maybe. it was easy to delegate some work that way(realize people feel more happy when they do some work). And also I had this feeling pleasure and experience in working together is awesome(increases manifold) and infectious to one another.
-----------------------
At work, ideas are very important. And manager ensures that their idea is executed. It is also possible because he can make his team member work on that idea.
He does not have to be nice to get done what he thinks and what he wants.
Is that good for team member? NOT AT ALL!!!

One of the reason, they move out.
